GROUP FITNESS

OUR GOAL

is to provide quality coaching to teach and enhance human performance during and after the workout. We believe that every class should be taught with proper biomechanics to educate you while you workout. With this information provided you can be ensured that you will get the most out of your full 45 minute workout.

HIIT

Increase your metabolism, improve strength, speed, balance, and mobility using strategic body weight exercises paired with plyometrics and soft tissue mobilization. 

YOGA

Increase dynamic range of motion, thoracic mobility, core strength, balance, mental focus, while learning proper breathing techniques to stimulate the nervous system using a variety of asanas (postures).
