Joey Woltjer

1. What was the problem you were experiencing before you reached out to TOPTEAM?

I met Dr. Luke Bennett in late 2015 due to suffering from plantar fasciitis.  I was taken through a thorough evaluation of how my body moved, not just treating where I was having pain.  We began to use techniques such as ART, graston, dry needling and cupping to not only mask the symptoms, but  get rid of the problem as a whole.  Whenever I return to Dr. Bennett, we treat not only the problem areas, but the surrounding muscles, ligaments and tendons to make sure my body is moving more efficiently. 

2. What are three benefits that you have enjoyed as a result of coming to TOPTEAM?

Dr. Bennett, Jason and Dave have a well rounded approach to make you more efficient as an athlete by looking at the body as a whole instead of just focusing on one area that is experiencing problems.  For example when I was dealing with bad plantar fasciitis, Dr. Bennett treated my calfs, achilles and posterior chain with dry needling among other techniques.  Jason and Dave also worked with me to aid in other soft tissue exercises such as the proper way to foam roll and stretch to promote more fluid movement.

Since I began coming to TOPTEAM Fitness in October 2015, I have completed five more marathons, gotten through training cycles of 80 plus miles a week pain free, accomplished personal records in every distance from 5k-marathon and have a greater understanding of how my body works, and what it takes to remain injury free for more training cycles.

This is all done in a very supportive environment where each person on the staff wants to see you injury free and succeeding.  I know countless runners who have been helped by TOPTEAM who continue to thrive in day to day running, race training and achieving personal best!

3. Would you recommend TOPTEAM? If so, why? 

I would urge anyone who is experiencing discomfort from running to pay a visit to Dr. Bennett, Jason and Dave.  The evaluation that takes place during the initial visit will give you more awareness of your body and how it’s functioning so the problems can be treated and you can run healthy once again.  Over the years of working with Top Team Fitness, the goal has always been to achieve not only running pain free, but improving mechanics that were already put in place.  You won’t  find a better group of people to work with while trying to accomplish your goals.  And an added bonus is that you always get a smile from Reagan, the real glue of the operation, keeping the guys in line!!!

Muskan Uppal

1. What was the problem you were experiencing before you reached out to TOPTEAM?

 I reached out to TOPTEAM to improve my golf game. I needed to be stronger and faster in order to hit the golf ball better and longer, and that's just one of the many things that TOPTEAM has helped me achieve!

2. What are three benefits that you have enjoyed as a result of coming to TOPTEAM?

Not only have I gotten stronger, but now I know how to move my body better to hit the golf ball more consistently well. Also, I have benefited so much from Jason's knowledge on nutrition. I have been eating much healthier since I joined TOPTEAM, and that is going to help me stay healthy the rest of my life. Finally, Jason has taught me not only how to work out effectively, but how to work out safely. I know how to roll and stretch muscles that I didn't before, and that will help me stay injury free! 

3. Would you recommend TOPTEAM? If so, why? 

I would highly recommend TOPTEAM! It's not just any ordinary gym. The knowledge that Jason has is not something you will find anywhere else, and his commitment and support along with that of Dr. Bennet, Dave, and Reagan show that they truly care about each and every member of TOPTEAM and they want to see you succeed and achieve your goals!

Caren Martin 

1. What was the problem you were experiencing before you reached out to TOPTEAM?

Before reaching out to TOPTEAM, I had spent a year seeing a chiropractor, two physical therapists and a medical massage therapist in effort to recover from a running injury that had led to many other issues including low back and hip pain. My mobility was becoming less and less and I couldn't make any progress no matter what I did. 

2. What are three benefits that you have enjoyed as a result of coming to TOPTEAM?

In the short time I've been at TOPTEAM, my mobility has greatly improved and my pain has been reduced a great deal. I've been able to resume my active lifestyle on the soccer field and even ran my first 10k and competed in my first Spartan Race. 

3. Would you recommend TOPTEAM? If so, why?

I would definitely recommend TOPTEAM to anyone looking to better their health and performance. Dr. Bennett, Jason and Dave are so knowledgeable and are able to put together a plan that not only treats current problems but prevents future pain. I can't put into words how impressive the entire team is.

Ian Johnson

1. What was the problem you were experiencing before you reached out to TOPTEAM?

Prior to reaching out to TOPTEAM, my golf game was poor. I hit the ball short and inconsistently. 

2. What are three benefits that you have enjoyed as a result of coming to TOPTEAM?

After coming to TOPTEAM I have learned to lead a healthier lifestyle (nutrition, training, etc.) My golf game has improved dramatically, as I have learned to consistently repeat the proper movements and the strength I've gained lets me bomb the ball! 

3. Would you recommend TOPTEAM? If so, why?

I would absolutely recommend TOPTEAM. It has been nothing but beneficial to my everyday health as well as my golf game.

Michael Sanders 

1. What was the problem you were experiencing before you reached out to TOPTEAM?

Before I reached out to TOPTEAM I struggled with mobility as well as weight.

2. What are three benefits that you have enjoyed as a result of coming to TOPTEAM?

After I started working with TOPTEAM, my golf swing has become easier to tweak and change due to increased mobility and athleticism. 

3. Would you recommend TOPTEAM? If so, why?

I would recommend TOPTEAM. I have loved working with Jason Lindsay and the rest of the staff at TOPTEAM over the past few years. They have really pushed my golf and fitness to the next level.

Ayush Bodhale

1. What was the problem you were experiencing before you reached out to TOPTEAM?

I came to TOPTEAM to gain strength for my golf swing. Before I started working out here, I did not hit the ball very far. I was consistently the shortest hitter in the field in every tournament I played. It has not even been a year working with TOPTEAM and I already notice results. I am starting to catch up to players older than me and I have even been considered a "long hitter" by some parents.

2. What are three benefits that you have enjoyed as a result of coming to TOPTEAM?

One of my favorite benefits of TOPTEAM is their specific focus on each person. Unilike other places I have trained before, TOPTEAM does each session one-on-one with me. It helps me stay motivated because I know they are only focused on my improvement each workout. Each time I enter the building I know I will have improved something by the time I have walked out.

3. Would you recommend TOPTEAM? If so, why?

I would recommend TOPTEAM to others because, most importantly, they produce results. It is shown in my growth from before coming to now just under a year. Also, the owner and staff are great people to work with. It helps knowing that they're always trying to help and do what's best for each individual. Overall, it is one of the best places to train if you're serious about improving what you came for.

Ben Woodruff

1. What was the problem you were experiencing before you reached out to TOPTEAM?

I have always been very athletic, but felt like I could never transfer that into my golf game. I always attempted to workout, but never knew the correct way to do so. It wasn't until I came to TOPTEAM that I learned the correct way to workout and how to translate it into my golf game.

2. What are three benefits that you have enjoyed as a result of coming to TOPTEAM?

I have benefited most from the food plan and weekly workout schedule. After a few months, I saw huge changes in my body and overall energy levels. I am much stronger and know how to use that both on and off the course.

3. Would you recommend TOPTEAM? If so, why?

If you are striving to be the best, you should come to TOPTEAM. They offer all the correct tools and professional instruction that is needed to see major improvements. I can without a doubt say I have seen drastic benefits both on and off the course.
