Jason W. Lindsay, CSCS

Owner

Jason W. Lindsay is the owner of TOPTEAM Sports Performance and Project 360. He is a graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Jason is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is certified by the Titleist Performance Institute as a Level 3 Fitness Professional, Level 3 Junior Coach, Level 2 Medical Professional and Level 2 Power Coach. He is accredited by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health Fitness Specialist. Jason is a certified Olympic Lifting Coach. Jason’s passion for physiology and biomechanics has led him to work in the strength and conditioning & wellness field for the past ten years. He has experience with athletes in Major League Baseball, the NFL, and the PGA Tour. He currently works with professionals in MLB, the LPGA Tour, Web.com Tour, and PGA Latin America. Jason is the official strength and performance coach for JTG Racing NASCAR drivers and UNC Charlotte men’s and women’s golf teams. Additionally he has worked as the official pit-crew strength and performance coach for Chip Ganassi Racing. Jason’s mission is to provide each athlete with a unique comprehensive strength and conditioning program. His companies pride themselves on maximizing performance while decreasing the risk of injury through the application of functional movement, strength and conditioning, chiropractic care, active release therapy, acupuncture, nutrition, massage therapy, and biomechanics. He specializes in business consulting to optimize revenue generation at sport performance facilities, using his established and progressive business model. Jason has also worked as a consultant for several large companies including Life Fitness, Jacuzzi and Hammer Strength. Jason has been a featured presenter at the PGA Show on behalf of TPI. He has also been worked as the lead fitness model in several photo shoots for Life Fitness and Hammer Strength.

Dr. Luke Bennett

DC, CSCS

Dr. Luke Bennett is the chiropractic physician for TOPTEAM Sports Performance. As well as being licensed as a chiropractic physician he is also certified to perform acupuncture through the North Carolina Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Dr. Bennett maintains his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the NSCA and has been trained to treat muscle and soft tissue injuries by using Active Release Technique (ART), Graston Techniques, Dry Needling, Cupping Therapy and Kinesio-Tape. The training and education to obtain these titles and certifications has given Dr. Bennett a unique set of skills for providing top quality care for his patients as they try to manage their pain or improve their physical functioning. The team of professionals at TOPTEAM Sports Performance continuously works as a unit to provide an individualized care plan to address each patient’s specific needs so they can achieve their performance goals.

Reagan Bennett

Office Manager and Insurance Specialist 

Reagan Bennett is the Office Manager and Insurance Specialist for TOPTEAM Sports Performance.  She performs a variety of administrative operations, including staff document processing, database management, billing / invoicing, and scheduling. She has been a part of this growing company and exceptional team for over seven years.

Kiersten Jacobs

Assistant Performance Coach, NREMT, Healthcare Specialist

Kiersten is an assistant performance coach at TOPTEAM Sports Performance with four years of experience in group fitness training as well as personal training. Outside of TOPTEAM, Kiersten is a nationally registered medic and healthcare specialist in the U.S. Army Reserve. It is her passion to encourage individuals to be the best version of themselves while understanding the importance of health and wellness. 

 

Macy Falls

Assistant Performance Coach

Macy is an assistant performance coach at TOPTEAM Sports Performance. She is a graduate from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. As a sports performance coach, it is her goal to stress the importance of proper training techniques for both the physical and mental wellbeing of an athlete. Macy’s passion is to motivate and encourage athletes to safely push their boundaries in order to provide their best performance on and off the field, mat, track, course, court, etc!
